Inter-Cultural Exchange of Young Oriental Women & Young Men

In a wonderful example of inter-cultural exchange in Asia, youthful Asian ladies and young men from Philippines met in Malaysia at an annual youngsters leadership seminar in Malaysia. The Asian Youth Women’s Leadership Teaching Conference held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia out of December 26 to January 12, 2020, honed new leaders from both nationalities and prepared all of them for life inside their respective residence countries. The wedding showcased the value of building systems of the younger generation with comparable goals and values and also offered young teams leaders from equally cultures to be able to learn from each other and share experiences. Among those who were asked as members were senior citizen members of the Philippine delegation.

This first-ever event within the Asian Young ones Leadership Program, a joint effort on the Asian Youngster Development Organization (AYDO) plus the Philippine Division of Cultural Welfare and Production (DSWD), also provided individuals an opportunity to meet up with each other designed for the primary time. They included university students, school staff, parents, teachers, specialists, business owners, govt personnel, civil servants, scholars, journalists and many more. The youngsters participants were encouraged to discuss their personal lives and the aspirations. We were holding given no cost access to online communities including Facebook, Twitter, Web sites and LinkedIn to build network and learn of the mentors and peers.

A further impressive characteristic of this new people-assemble out of different countries-at the Asia Young ones Leadership Teaching Conference is the fact participants were provided with a specialized opportunity to network with local businesses, non-profit organizations and also other community leaders. They were as well able to network with fellow Asian children members in Southeast Asia and Malaysia. Some participants, particularly the young women of all ages, were given an opportunity to network to women in different countries. This kind of interaction, shared by varied cultures based on a perspectives, has allowed participants to enrich their know-how about the different cultures and to make a common crushed when working together.
